Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags still attached).
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process:
- Request a Return: To start a return, please contact us at support@nayashape.com with your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.
- Return Approval: Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send the item.
- Return Shipping: Please send the item(s) back to us. We are not responsible for shipping fees on returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on used or damaged products (other than defective items) and sale items. Gift cards and downloadable digital products are also non-refundable.
Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect your return:
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and the payment will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Refunds may take additional time depending on your payment provider (bank or credit card).
